Mera peak climbing itinerary has been carefully designed to go on longer route with gradual ascent for proper acclimatization. After an exciting flight to Lukla we start our mera peak expedition with trek to some of the remote section of Hinku valley of Pangkongma and Panch Pokhari on our way to base camp. Our years long experience in organizing the successful climbing trip to Mera peak we are confidence that by trekking the longer route one get proper acclimatisation which means to have a higher chance of safe summit with enjoyable climbing experience at its best. We established Mera La base camp at an elevation of 5415 meter where we have separated an extra day for climbing training. Our climbing guide organize climbing training course on various aspect of climbing techniques and skills, glacier travel, rope fixing, ascending and descending before the summit push to ensure all of you have necessary climbing skills and confidence to scale the top successfully. To make the Mera peak summit day shorter and enjoyable, we set the high camp at 5800 meter on a rocky shelf behind a large vertical rock providing some degree of shelter. Probably the panoramic view seen from the Mera high camp is one of the best of its kind. The summit day starts early in morning and we approach the northern route to the summit, which is gradual climbing with an outstanding mountain panorama always in sight. The view from the Mera summit is one of the finest in the Himalaya with five 8,000 m peaks visible include Mt. Everest (8848m), Cho-Oyu (8201m), Lhotse (8516m), Makalu (8463m), Kanchenjunga (8586m), Nuptse (7855m) and Chamlang (7319m) amongst.

Itinerary for Mera Peak Climbing
Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Day 02: sight seeing at kathamndu
Day 03: Fly to Lukla and commence our mera peak trek to Puiya away from the popular Everest trekking route.
Day 04-06: Cross the Pangum La Pass with first views of Mera on this Mera peak expedition.
Day 07-09:Climb to Tagnang via Narging and Pacha Pokhara
Day 10-12: Reach Khare / Mera Base Camp - the trail hits 5000 metres. Acclimatisation and climbing training.
Day 13-15: Three days for Mera Peak climbing: Establish High Camp at around 5800 meters. A very early start on summit day; dramatic vista from the Mera peak top.
Day 16-19: Return trail to Lukla, diverting via the Zatra pass (4589m) Mera peak expedition last night.
Day 20-21: Fly to Kathmandu; free day or relax or explore the city
Day 22: Mera peak climbing Trip ends and airport transportation.
